Note that the chapter select save will call this save "Hall of Heroes" to distinguish it from the chapter "Inside the Hall of Heroes" (the area where Booker has to hunt down Slate). The Hall of Heroes (Going There) encompasses the tram station in front of it (the exterior) with all the snipers and the creepy replica of ole-timey America. Although it looks like you're outdoors, you're actually in a fancy version of Disneyland.

A locked door (1 lockpick) in the Hall of Heroes welcome area has an automated turret guarding this recorder and a piece of gear (see below).


Take your time exploring the initial area for lockpicks and goodies. A locked door (1 lockpick) in the Hall of Heroes has an automated turret guarding a piece of gear. Consider lobbing a dose of Devil's Kiss to weaken the turret before having Booker charge it like a light brigade.


Proceed further into the Hall of Heroes and you'll come across the Bucking Bronco vigor fairly easily. Since it glows in the dark, it ain't all that hard to locate as long as you're followin' that green arrow.

"Who Are the Vox Populi?" In the "Tickets" building (the building with the cannon monument on the ground floor), there is a kinetoscope on the side of the ground level.

In the "Tickets" building, go to the second level and find a carbine leaning against the railing (and overlooking the cannon below). The recorder is next to this weapon location.



In the "Tickets" building, there is a locked door (requiring 3 lockpicks) with a piece of gear. The door is in a corner of the ticketing office, with a sign by the door saying "Employees Only". You can find some lockpicks (solving the Code Book puzzle here yields at least one pick) and come back with the lockpicks for Elizabeth to crack the door.

CODE BOOK PUZZLE Edit

The Code Book (Hall of Heroes) is an optional task which lets you collect a voxophone and an infusion. There is a secret message scrawled in blood in the wrecked restaurant and bar (The Fellow Traveller). The code book is in the mouth of the cannon in the "Tickets" building. Once you have the code book, go back to the wall scrawl and interact with it. The switch to the secret room is the derby hat hanging on a hook.

Clear the cargo from the skyrail and ride up to the Hall of Heroes station. Swap out one of you weapons for the sniper rifle and plink the enemy sharpshooters dead before getting close. The sniper rifle is not useful inside the hall, so replace it with something for close and medium combat after you clear the plaza.

"Who Needs the Power Company?" At the map transition from the platform to the Inside the Hall of Heroes, there is a kinetoscope to the side of the porch.


Enter the Hall of Heroes via the plaza door. Booker will now be in Interior of the Hall of Heroes on the hunt for Slate and the Shock Jockey.
